We Helped America Meet MadeGood.

The Challenge

When MadeGood came to us, they were a beloved Canadian snack brand without much recognition south of the border. What followed was nearly four years of work that changed that.

MadeGood was in a growth phase but lacked significant consumer awareness in the U.S. marketplace.

With a new line of soft baked cookies, granola bars, and minis on the way, they needed Americans to know their name before those products hit shelves. We were tasked with making this happen and we rose to the challenge.

Our Approach

We started with a thorough competitor analysis that gave us a clear picture of where MadeGood stood in the market.

That foundation shaped a strategy that spanned traditional media: TV, radio, print, online, all working together toward the same goal: making MadeGood a name people recognized and trusted.

The work resonated quickly. By the end of 2017, MadeGood made us their Agency of Record for North America, a relationship that grew from USA PR only to include Canada, and covering social media, paid media, influencer marketing, and content marketing.

Over the course of the partnership, we supported their retail expansion into Target, Sprouts Farmers Market, Whole Foods, and beyond.

When the pandemic hit in 2020, we helped them stay connected to consumers and find ways to give back, and the brand came out stronger for it.

MadeGood Moments
When COVID-19 hit, MadeGood wanted to do more than stay visible. They wanted to be genuinely useful.

We conceived an integrated campaign that paired real consumer relief with meaningful action: sweepstakes, influencer partnerships, paid social, and brand content that gave people something to feel good about during a hard time.

The result was what we called “MadeGood Moments”. It was one of the brand's highest-performing campaigns during our time together.

What started as a PR-only engagement grew into a full partnership spanning social, paid media, influencer marketing, and content creation. We even support some of their European social media and content efforts.

Over nearly four years, we helped America get to know MadeGood and that’s something we’re really proud of
