I had the chance to contribute to PRWeek’s piece on AI in PR and communications. The conversation explored how AI is moving from pilot projects to board-level priorities and how agencies can use it intentionally to strengthen work. For my team at myWHY Agency, Inc., that means deepening measurement, understanding impact more clearly, streamlining workflows, and supporting smarter decisions—all while keeping human connection at the center.
